house organized into three areas: the east, the children's corner, with 2 rooms share a bathroom plumbing. the west, including the master suite dressing room and bathroom, and at the intersection of two, living area, facing south, with kitchen and dining room separated from the living area by a generous fireplace.
This house is meant by economic shape, structure and interior layout in particular. It offers generous hand surfaces, as well as use of noble materials such as polished concrete, white brick and mahogany ceiling.
In order to qualify Low consumption, the openings in the south will be favored, with the establishment of a sunshade on the front. The insulation will still from the inside, in the BBC's standards, and the glass will be low heat loss. hygro adjustable ventilation and a floor heating system is under study.
